there’s no need for a resume or interviews. You will gain instant access to the new agent orientation. During this orientation, we will walk you through getting registered to begin the next steps.
Learn
After you have completed the registration process, you will take a brief assessment. Once you successfully pass the assessment, you will have access to the current positions, you will choose your job, go through a background check, do a PC scan, and enroll in their program for training.

Am I able to work on more than one job opportunity at once?No, you can only pick one training at a time. Once you are finished with the training, then you can pick another job.

How much does each job pay?The pay rates varies depending on the job. The pay range is typically $10-$18 per hour.

Will I have to pay for anything to begin?There is a fee for the background check, $30; the background checks are good for 36 months. You are also responsible for your own equipment. I will provide links to equipment and access to equipment financing if needed.

Are there any age restrictions?You must be 18 or older to work for our company.

Do you offer benefits?We do not offer benefits because all agents are considered freelance/independent contractors.

Are we responsible for our own taxes?Yes, we do not take taxes from your check. At the end of the year you will receive a 1099 form. We highly recommend working with a tax professional to discuss your tax needs.

Why is my background not complete but everything else has been checked?In some cases, it can take companies from hours to weeks to run a background check.

I was signed up for training, now I don’t see the job in my portal?Unfortunately, I’m this case you was dropped due to not passing the background check.
